About Norm
Norm Leaverton is a Real Estate Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Central Washington Real Estate. He previously enjoyed a 25 year career with the Yakima County Sheriff’s Department. Norm has extensive experience in the real estate field as a long time investment property owner including multi-family units, commercial properties and farmland.
He has worked with custom homebuilders assisting in developing many of the area’s finer neighborhoods as well as identifying and acquiring future residential and commercial sites. He has cultivated relationships with a wide variety of clients and enjoys assisting them and their families with their Real Estate needs.
Norm was born and raised in the Yakima Valley and is a third generation property investor. He is married to Beverly, has two adult sons and four grandchildren. When not attending sporting events, Norm and the family enjoy traveling and vacations.
